I am a Project Manager working in Cell and Gene therapy space. In my current job, I coordinate activities in Research and Development, where I plan, develop and manage Budget, resource and timelines for pipeline development by taking input from a team of scientists. I also have experience in planning, execution and management of manufacturing projects for clients in a GMP Cell and Gene therapy facility where I coordinated activities across various functions (MFG, QC, QA, SCM) and ensured execution of projects on time in full. Prior to this I have extensive research experience in Molecular biology, Biochemistry and Molecular epidemiology.
